Screen Printing

Screen printing has been the standard for decorating t-shirts and apparel for years. In screen printing, ink is pushed through a screen/mesh stencil with a squeegee. With 5 M&R automatics, 4 Hopkins manual presses, and a clamshell printer, we can crank out thousands a day, and often, we do.

Feel

If you have a graphic t-shirt or hoodie hanging in your closet, there’s a good chance it’s screen printed. We print to have colors solid, opaque, and bright. Softer prints can be achieved by using softer inks, higher meshed screens *(which allows less ink to end up on the product), and less layers of ink. We are happy to print softer upon request, but know that the opacity will decrease.
